Hello, I am writing this review in reference to a recent phone conversation today (Saturday) wanting detailed information on the food selection options. I comfortably placed a new order with the assistance of Kenzie R. I had been a subscriber to the meal plan in 2023, however discontinued at the end of that year. I decided to resubscribe to primarily order the meal prep items (my personal favorite is the diced chicken) and added a few of the signature meals as well to retry. Mackenzie was very professional and knowledgeable to advise on availability and possible alerts to unwanted substitutions . I was appreciative of her ability to answer all of my question to my satisfaction. I feel confident that I am able to communicate easily with the Trifecta team in the future if I have any further questions. Thank you Mackenzie!

4 stars hoping to raise after tasting the food This looks like the best organic meal service out- we've tried them all after many health & surgery events. All were awful- claimed to be organic, yet delivered non-organic processed food (Factor). One w so many damaged meals weekly that they asked US to go elsewhere -as they have no current plan to fix the obvious problem! (CookUnity). Oh the stories- but back to high hopes for Trifecta: Signing up as a new customer today, the order interface to website on mobile with good signal was slow & not logical (cart filled & couldn't click to change meals- had to use chat to get help on how to progress) Chat was clunky - type in your full name, email & message & wait - EVERY time. Then type in all over again because once connected, agents can't see it!! (I needed chat 3x to get order placed due to issues) But the people behind the chat were good. Mackenzie R. helped me to fix: 1- Discount code was not applied to order. 2- When do I place next order after 1 one? System should tell customers upon ordering! Mackenzie noted system will send email a few days before (I think but can't remember- boy it would be helpful if copy of chat were sent!) I also don't yet easily see if I can order ahead...grrr They don't have a texting system yet. 3- Do you have new menus weekly? No. A few per month. Ok, so if they're good, we can find favorites to repeat- fingers crossed. It must be a huge undertaking to run a fresh, organic meal company- we are grateful just to find you!! 4- How can I change my delivery day? Just Friday right now. Friday it is! Cheers to food coming undamaged & as tasty as the pictures! And huge cheers to all the hard- working customer service agents! They are the face, glue, & make it/break it of a company! Mackenzie R. saved the day!
